I am pleased to recommend Attorney Jeffrey Kaloustian as a criminal defense attorney. I hired Mr. Kaloustian to represent my close friend in a case, in Contra Costa County. My friend was facing significant charges that could carry the possibility of 6 lifetime sentences. From the beginning to the resolution of the case, Mr. Kaloustian conducted himself in a very professional manner that was also personable. He always responded to all of my concerns and continued to take my calls even after the case was resolved. When the Judge attempted to treat my friend with bias in the courtroom, Jeff met with her and from then on, the Judge had a better attitude. Not only did he stand up for my friend to the Judge; he also went to bat for him in a special meeting with the DA's supervisor, where he gained a near dismissal of all the charges. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the outcome. There were many days when it was Mr. Kaloustian who kept it all together, when the rest of us were losing it. He consistently analyzed the situation and offered incredible insight that helped me personally get through this incredible ordeal.
